SearchBidWin provides software tools to help contractors discover government procurement opportunities and generate proposal drafts. The platform aggregates publicly available bid data from federal, state, and local procurement portals.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with other companies or individuals.

Proposal drafts generated by SearchBidWin are starting points, not finished submissions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all proposal content before submission. SearchBidWin makes no guarantee that AI-generated proposals will win contracts or comply with any specific RFP requirements.

• You may not use the platform to submit fraudulent or misleading proposals
• You may not scrape or bulk-download opportunity data for redistribution
• You may not use the service for any illegal purpose

SearchBidWin is provided "as is." We are not liable for missed contract deadlines, failed submissions, or any damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data.
