Privacy Policy

When you create an account, we collect your email address, company name, and the business profile information you provide (NAICS codes, certifications, past performance, key personnel). We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to operate and improve the service. As you use the platform, we also collect the content you create and the feedback you provide — proposal drafts and edits, comments and revision requests, and which opportunities you save or dismiss.

We use your content and feedback to make SearchBidWin better at matching and proposal drafting. Much of this is specific to you: the opportunities you dismiss, the comments you leave, and the edits you make tune your own matches and future drafts. We also use content and feedback across accounts — for example, using strong proposals as reference examples and analyzing feedback in aggregate — to improve matching quality and proposal generation for all customers. This works through retrieval and calibration systems: neither we nor our AI providers use your data to train foundation AI models.

Each contractor account is fully isolated at the database level using row-level security. Other contractors can never browse or access your bids, proposals, or profile data. Where content informs the shared improvement systems described above, it is used as reference material inside our generation pipeline — it is never exposed for other users to view.

We use Supabase for database and authentication, Anthropic's Claude API for AI proposal generation, Voyage AI for search embeddings, and Mapbox for geographic visualization. Each provider has their own privacy policy. We do not sell your data to any third party.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@searchbidwin.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
