Privacy Policy

When you create an account, we collect your email address, company name, and the business profile information you provide (NAICS codes, certifications, past performance, key personnel). We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to operate and improve the service.

• To generate AI-assisted proposal drafts using your profile
• To send email notifications about matching opportunities (you may unsubscribe at any time)
• To provide customer support

Your proposals, capability statements, past performance narratives, and company profile are never used to train AI models — ours or anyone else's. Your data is used solely to provide the SearchBidWin service to you.

Each contractor account is fully isolated at the database level using row-level security. Your bids, proposals, and profile data are never visible to other contractors on the platform.

We use Supabase for database and authentication, Anthropic's Claude API for AI proposal generation, and Mapbox for geographic visualization. Each provider has their own privacy policy. We do not sell your data to any third party.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@searchbidwin.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
