Proposals follow the solicitation's own structure
When a solicitation says how the response must be organized, your draft now uses its tabs, volumes and section names, in its order, instead of a fixed set of sections. Forms, certificates and other attachments are listed as tabs to insert, each with a to-do, rather than written as narrative, and sections are sized to any stated page limits. A sealed bid or price-only quote gets a letter and a price schedule, not narrative nobody asked for. Solicitations that don't state an organization are drafted as before.

Cost build-up is its own internal section
When you ask for a cost build-up, it now appears as a separate Cost Build-Up card on the proposal page, and the price section carries only what the buyer should see. The build-up stays out of the Word and PDF exports unless you tick Include cost build-up, so your margins and indirect rates don't go out by accident. If the price section changes afterwards, the card tells you the build-up is out of date.

Exports use Times New Roman 12 on one-inch margins
Word and PDF exports now default to Times New Roman 12-point with one-inch margins, the format solicitations most often require. Check your solicitation for a different font, spacing or margin rule before you submit.

Regenerate a single proposal section
Every section of a proposal now has a Regenerate button that rewrites just that section from scratch against the current solicitation and your profile, following your instructions and the projects, people and partners you pick. When a solicitation is amended, the amendment banner links straight to the sections that need it. You get 4 regenerations per proposal and they don't count toward your monthly drafts; every change shows up under Changes to review, where you can keep it or restore the earlier version.

Bring a teaming partner or mentor onto a proposal
When you start a draft, tick the partners you're bidding with and say why (their past performance, a capability you lack, capacity, a mentor-protégé relationship, or a set-aside requirement), with a note for the writer. The proposal presents their experience as theirs: each partner project carries a "Performed by" line on the proposal page and in the Word and PDF exports, and the writer is told never to merge a partner's record with your own. Partners you don't tick stay out of the draft entirely.

Teaming partners, mentors and JV members on your profile
The Subcontractors tab is now Teaming partners & subcontractors. Record what each partner is to you (SBA 8(a) mentor, teaming partner, JV member or sub), the agreement you have with them, and attach their agreement, statement of capabilities and certificate of insurance. Past-performance projects can be marked as performed by a partner; they are shown as the partner's work and don't count toward your own three-project minimum. Every uploaded document now has View and Download buttons.

Your uploaded documents now inform your proposals
The proposal writer reads the text of the resumes, reference letters, and capability statement you upload to your profile, so key-personnel and past-performance sections draw on what those files actually say. Scanned PDFs are read overnight.

Reference letters and headshots upload again
Attaching a reference letter to a past-performance project or a photo to a key-personnel entry was failing silently. Both work now.

Saved tab
Saved bids and the solicitations you uploaded yourself now live in their own tab next to My Matches and Browse Portals. Uploads still being processed show in a strip at the top so you can pick up where you left off.

Upload your own solicitation
Found a bid we didn't catch? Upload the package and we pull out the agency, deadline, and scope, then score it and draft against it like any other opportunity. You confirm the details before it goes live in your feed.

Tabbed company profile with a readiness checklist
The profile is split into Basics, Company, Capabilities, Compliance, Bonding, and Documents. A checklist beside the form shows exactly what's left before proposal drafting unlocks, and it updates as you type.

Military service on key personnel, and Word documents accepted
Key personnel can record branch, rank, and MOS, rating, or AFSC, which evaluators on DoD and VA bids read as direct experience. Resumes, licenses, credentials, and bond letters now accept .docx as well as PDF, and more document types have their own upload slots.

Proposal drafts read like a document
Headings, bullet lists, numbered lists, quotes, and tables in a draft now render on screen the same way they export to Word and PDF.

New plans: Starter, Professional, Growth, Enterprise
Plans now scale on three things: how many states you see opportunities in, how many proposals you can draft per month, and which research tools are unlocked. The success fee is gone for everyone.

Draft without a capability statement
A capability statement is now recommended rather than required. Once the essentials, bonding, past performance, and key personnel are in, you can start drafting.
